We are not your typical sandwich shop!

The Sandwich Project Inc. is a Steampunk themed restaurant that was created in 2020 to bring a fresh fast option to the Edmonton food scene. Located in the industrial area of Papaschase in South Edmonton, there is not many options for lunch; let alone ones that provides fresh made-to-order food.

The concept and execution was to serve food that isn’t altered by grilling, deep frying or reheating. We do not use ingredients like butter or margarine and our bread is baked fresh twice a week by a local Edmonton bakery.

All of our ingredients are sourced locally within the city of Edmonton and is brought in daily! Our sauces are also all made with fresh herbs and spices everyday! We pride ourselves on food that we provide to all of our customers and try to give everyone the most positive experience as possible.
 

From the Steampunk themed décor and the one of a kind flavor profile of each signature sandwich to the friendly helpful staff, we continuously aspire to serve you the best Sandwich you have ever had!
